First translation into Spanish set to hit the stores this year

Karíba útgáfan is set to publish Valentina cambia la doctrina de los troles, a translation of the book Hugrún breytir heimsmyndinni by author Sunna Guðnadóttir. This book will be brought to South America and distributed among the Hispanic speakers both in Latin America and Iceland!

Svona tala ég received a nomination to the best children’s book in Icelandic at the prestigious award Barnabókaverðlauna Reykjavíkurborg. The celebration of the nomination was held at Iðnó on the 15th of April, where Helen Cova was nominated along 4 other writers in her category. We congratulate Helen Cova for her work! Translation rights sold!

We have great news today!

We are very proud to announce that the rights for the translation of Autosarcophagy - To eat oneself into Persian have been sold to Mehri Publication.

Autosarcophagy - to eat oneself, now in Persian “خودگوشت‌خواری” has been translated by Shayan Javadi, a translator with an extensive background and specialized in translating Icelandic literature. خودگوشت‌خواری will be published early this summer and accessible to all readers of Farsi in the UK and Iran.
